Course Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion, students should be able to:
1.Synthesize knowledge and skills from the baccalaureate coursework to evaluate the content of selected current organizational change readings.
2.Effectively analyze real-world case scenarios/case simulations and correctly identify the problem(s).
3.Apply the appropriate decision-making process(es) to develop alternative solutions then utilize a selection process to choose the best alternative to resolve the problem.
4.Develop an implementation process, timeline, and report and present the findings using an appropriate oral and written presentation format.
